What have we been upto!

HOLA LADIES!

It has been a while since I have posted, but so much going on.
I (Yeya) have reached 100 subbies on youtube. (I'm over that amount now)so I did a litle giveaway.

I have been working on several projects since November. I had a bit of a scrappers BLOCK for about 2 weeks. Couldn't do anything couldn't think of anything, couldn't come up with anything. So after about 3 days of sitting at my craft table and not being able to come up with ANYTHING. I cleaned up, turned off the light and sat on the couch. Normally when I come home after dinner, dishes, etc. i sit in my room and craft. But I couldn't even do that, so honey asked me what was wrong, how come I wasn't "plyaing". I told him, so he said take a break don't think about crafting. You will get your mojo back...and so after 2 weeks IT DID!!!!

I'll post picks of everything I have created soon. Hubby needs to load the pics so i can add them...(it's his job to do that kind of stuff lol).

We also got our business Lic!! so we will be selling stuff in the new year!! We will be looking for guest designers soon, so keep checking back often. www.2creativechics.com

Yeya - Some goodies

Hiya ladies,

quick video on an ebay haul, hubby got me the three new Cricut Seasonal cartridges!!! he is the BEST! and a few things I picked up from iamroses!

Now if i could only get a chance to CRAFT! I haven't been able to sit at my craft desk to create anything in over a week. UGH! oh well, it's the holiday season so i'm sure it will only get worst!

Yeya- Girls Day out

Hi Chicas! I had such a wonderful day! We had a Girls day out, thanks to Marlene who i think set this whole thing up. It was 10 of us, and it was so much fun. We did some shopping had lunch and then went to Micahels! I met some incredible women! so talented and creative and most importanly so lovely and kind. I'm so amazed that there are still such wonderful people out there. ok enough of the mushy stuff! I did a video of the shopping I did at Scrappyland! Dani and his wife are awesome! to all the ladies that i met today! thank you all so much for a wonderful day! hugs, Yeya

Yeya- lost mojo!!!

Hi scrappers!!

well i think i have lost my mojo! it must have gone out on vacation and not told me. I do wish it would return!!! I have so much to do, i have to scrapbook albums to work on. I have some frames to make for my mother in law. I got a card done for a bday card but it was more of a "have to do" than a i want to craft mood! I have sat at my work space and just stared at all my goodies but nothing comes to me!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!! help....i need inspiration or more like motiviation. My poor hubby looks at me and says "anything i can do to help" so he throws ideas at me..and i get nothing!!!!
i'm sure every scrapper has gone through this, but I need to get it back ASAP. so much to do!

Yeyas's -Cricut Imagine!!

Hi Chicadees!!!

Well as some of you may have already seen my video!! MY WONDERFUL HUBBY, bought me the Cricut Imagine!!! I couldn't believe!! I already have at home..and now the only "issue' is where to put the monster of a machine...it doesn't fit in my scraproom...so for now it sit on my dinning room table! WHO NEEDS TO EAT DINNER with a machine like this! lol

So I was hoping to have some videos up -but it will have to wait until Sunday. So much to do this weekend, I have a Stampin Up party that I am hosting on Saturday!

I also wanted to let you scrappers know that we will slowly start to sell some items on our site....We will probably start with a mini kit..i'm currently working on that. Some Greeting Farm stamps, and perhaps paper. slowly but surely we will have more and more to offer you all!

Yeya- Altered projects

Hola Chicadees!

I'm working on a project for one of my closest friends who recently had a baby girl! This will actually be my first altered project that I will be giving as a gift. I have made a canvas for My Pink Stamper Design team entry and I made one other project but I never finished the inside mini book......I just altered the outside of the tin...I'll post a pic later.

Anyways enough of the ramblings. I'm very excited my only problem is that once i start I can't seem to stop and have the need to finish the project the same day...last night i went to bed at midnight because I realized i had to get up to go to work and take the munchkin to school!!!

so back to the drawing board for me.

Yeya- Cricut - Gypsy/Design Studio Updates

Hola Chicadees,

Although I'm sure that some of you probably already know- but the Gypsy has an update. I linked mine and the new carts are there!!!! Yes, the new seasonal carts are there! I can't wait for Thanksgiving and the Christmas cards carts come out, they look amazing! Also the Creative Memories exclusive carts are there as well. I also noticed a new cart that I don't think has been announced anywhere yet! Boys will be boys! I can't wait!

Yeya's Rock Princess Card

Hi Everyone its Yeya! I just wanted to post a quick video of a thank you package I got from Marlene I saw her video saying she "finally" got her Cricut! I had an extra Makin The Grade cartridge lying around and what better way to make use of it then to send it to someone that needs it!! anyways, she sent me a little thank you. Which she didn't have to do. I LOVE all the goodies she sent me.. THANK YOU MARLENE!!!!!!

Yeya's 1st Video EVER! Cricut Circle French Manor Easy Card

Hi Everyone, I was finally able to do my video, edit it and then post it on YOUTUBE. That was a long process. I know that with time I WILL get better. I hope it's not to boring. I tried my best, I decided to make a very easy card. Let me know your thoughts. I'm open to "constructive" commeents. I know I have to work on my tone of voice.

Well, I'm going to attempt to do a video using the Cricut French Manor cartridge. It will be my first video EVER!!! So wish me luck as I have no idea what I'm doing or how to edit!

Cricut Circle!!!!!! (Yeya)

Hi everyone!
I'm so excited I received my Cricut Circle package today. I got the French Manor cartridge a cute bracelet with the Cricut Circle Logo...too cute. I can't wait to dive into working with the cartridge. Only thing is that the update for the CDS and Gypsy is not out yet!!!!!

Yeya's MPS Design Team Submission

Hi Everyone it's Yeya.
this is a picture of the submission for My Pink Stamper Design Team. Although I didn't get picked I had a lot of fun making this project. I used a Canvas and painted it, then I used my Cricut to cut out the Frame, the Crown and the "Scrap Queen".

Cartridges used:
Wall Décor and more: crown cut using Gypsy. 4.50 x 2.50
Lovely Floral: Scrap Queen cut using Design Studio 2 inches
Lacey Lables: frame cut at 7 inches
